Betty married Ray Cummins in 1988. She was a loving, caring devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She would lend a helping hand to whoever was in need. She loved children as much as they loved her. She was beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. She had a heart of gold. Betty loved to travel. She served as president of the senior center in Portales for 10 years before moving to Amarillo. She will be greatly missed.

Betty is survived by her loving husband Ray Cummins; son Dwight Jobe and wife Debbie of Amarillo; grandchildren; Derik Jobe; Nick Jobe and wife Janessa; Chance Jobe and wife Randi all of Amarillo; Stephanie Hall of Monahans; Casey Jobe and wife Jenny; Kevin Jobe. Two sisters: Rachel Lee and Edith Dawes both of Amarillo; Two brothers Lewis Barrett and wife Sue of Amarillo; Paul Barrett of Pueblo, Colorado, and many great grandchildren.
