Albert Lucero, 59 of Amarillo passed away December 6, 2016. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday December 9, 2016 at The Door Christian Fellowship with Pastor Serafico Saavedra officiating. The interment will be at Llano Cemetery by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 I-40 East. Albert was born January 31, 1957 in Las Vegas, New Mexico. He served his country in the U.S. Army. On June 12, 2003 he married the love of his life, Irma Ramos, they were married for a little more than 13 years. He was a member of The Door Christian Fellowship Church. His heart and love was being the head usher at each service, he took great pride in this. He will be forever missed by all who knew him and loved him. Albert is survived by his wife, Irma Lucero; sons, B.J. Lucero, Johnny Lucero, Felipe Martinez and J.C. Martinez; daughter, Darlene Martinez; brothers, Michael Lucero and Frankie Lucero; sisters, JoAnn Saavedra, Rosa Gallegos, Yolanda Sotello, Gloria Vasquez, Vickie Chacon and Yolanda Rodriguez; he is also survived by many loving grandchildren.
