Patricia E. Dorman

Patricia E. Dorman, 82 years young, resided in Deltona, Florida, passed away on April 16, 2023. Patricia was born in Estherville, Iowa on December 31, 1940. She graduated from Spencer High School and married the love of her life, Donald B. Dorman, on April 9, 1960. They were happily married for 35 years until Donald’s passing in 1995.

Patricia continued her education after having children, receiving professional certifications and working for the IRS for the next 30 years.

Patricia was an active member of her church over the years, lending her time to participate in choir, Sunday school, playing the bells and ushering when she could. Over the last several years she attended Community United Methodist Church in DeBary, Florida. Patricia loved to play cards, participating several days a week with other members of the local VA and was an active member of the Red Hat Society as well. Patricia always loved her pet schnauzers and was survived by her beloved schnauzer, Blake.

Even though many people called her mom, Patricia's biological children were her daughter Debra (Troy) Kramer and her son Dale (Paula) Dorman Sr. Patricia's grandchildren are Tara (Zachary) Mazurek, Dale (Sophia) Dorman Jr., Sabrina Hoover and Kylie Coakley; along with eleven great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be Sunday, April 23, 2023, beginning at 1:00 PM at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 994 E Altamonte Dr, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. Graveside services for Patricia will follow Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at All Faiths Memorial Park, 1390 Park Dr, Casselberry, FL 32707.
