Wlliam Dean Osmon

He was born May 30, 1929 in Berryville, IL to Evah (Dorney) and Thomas Wesley Osmon. He married Ruth Gard on May 30, 1946 in Henderson, KY, and she survives.

William was a machine operator at Pacific Press and Shearer.

He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Ruth; three daughters: Ruth Ann (James) Johnson of Allendale, Janet Rusk of Olney, IL, and Pam Boyd of Marion, OH; one son, William Keith (Katie) Osmon of Paducah, KY; one brother, Rex Osmon of Paducah, KY; and eight grandchildren: Valerie (Tony) March, Heather (Kent) Raney, Peggy (Dale) Hughes, Greg (Jill) Boyd, Anthony Rusk, Kristi Osmon, Brian Johnson, and Tracy Winegardner. William was preceded in death by his parents, son-in-law Wayne Rusk, sister Margaret Rapp, brother Jack Osmon; and two grandsons, Josh Rusk and Jeremy Rusk.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the Allendale Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
