Marty is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Yoshiko. Marty was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Martha; and brothers, John and Anthony, and sister Julia Blahovec.
Marty is survived by his sister Ann Marie Gahr her husband Dennis, and Brother Eugene (Gene) and his wife Eileen. Along with 10 nieces and nephews.
Marty had a 24 year career in the U.S. Navy as a Machinist’s Mate, retiring in 1981 as CWO4.
He continued his civilian career with Engineering Contractors for the U.S. Navy.
