Phyllis Ann Carr

One of Phyllis’ favorite memories was selling sweetcorn and vegetables out of her roadside wagon. She loved the Casino, especially the Wheel of Fortune game. Her home in Fort Myers, FL was her favorite place to visit. She also had a home in Mackinaw and loved when the grandkids would come for sleepovers. Her cat Putts, was her favorite cat.

Phyllis is survived by her children: Marilyn (Brian) Kittinger of Albion, MI, Sue (Paul) Zuck of Parma, MI, John (Erin) Carr of Albion, MI, and Jack (Heather) Carr of Jackson, MI; brother, Jerry (Joanne) Briggs; grandchildren, Sarah, Megan, Lindsey, Amber, Stephanie, Kacie, Laura, Christopher, Amber, Ashley, and Autumn, as well as, several great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Carr, they were married on June 23, 1956; son, Bruce Carr; brother, Bob Briggs, and her parents, Benjamin and Ruby Briggs.

Any memorials made in Phyllis’ memory can be donated to a charity of choice.

The family will be having a Private Family Service.
