Gerry Lee Sipe

Gerry was the daughter of Mildred and Harold Shaffer and Art Sipe of Albion. Gerry was born

in Marshall, Michigan August 23, 1944

Gerry is survived by siblings Linda Sipe, Johnni (Russ) Henson, Larry Sipe, Joe Shaffer

Cheri(Chris)Shaffer, LuWanda (Ted)Cole, Deborah Miller, Ilene(Ron)Mahan, Paul (Betty) Sipe,Sister in law Helen Eagle and Brother in law Don Otto and many great nieces and nephews and many great-great nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister's Patty Shaffer, Betty Lou Bridger and Judy Otto and Brother James Eagle Shaffer. Gerry also leaves Three Great-great nephews, Jacob, Shane and Beau, and Great-great niece Halie who were very close and dear to her heart.

Gerry was a hard and dedicated worker. She worked at a local dry cleaners in Albion for many years before she went to work at Albion College as a custodial worker for 30 years.

Gerry loved working in the yard with her sister Linda. She was a Detroit Tigers fan.

She also loved working word search and jig-saw puzzles. She enjoyed church and working

in the nursery at New Hope Worship Center.

Friends and Family are invited to celebrate her life on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at New Hope Worship Center, 13600 28 Mile Rd. Albion, Michigan 49224 with Pastor David Beebe officiating.

Visitation will be at 10am prior to the Service at 11am.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made by giving to New Hope Worship Center.
