George was born July 29, 1943 in Barberton, Ohio to the late Charles and Vida (Henley) Jenney.
George loved to read, he enjoyed science especially Physics and Astronomy. He was a teacher, he taught in Dayton, Ohio, and locally at Doylestown and the Portage Lakes Career Center.
He was a veteran of the National Guard of the United States.
Besides his parents, George was preceded in death by his siblings, Charles, John, Michael Jenney, Ann Denton and Ellen Dilk.
George is survived by his sons, Mark (Rachel) Jenney and Matthew Jenney; four grandchildren, Ella, Asher, Noah, and Hayes.
Private funeral services and interment will take place in Santa Barbara, California.
