Deborah Rollins, 59, of Abilene passed away on January 1, 2018. She was born on August 1, 1958 in Boston, Massachusetts to Theodore and Cornelia Rollins. After graduating high school, she started to work on her career in Pharmacy. She attended many universities and received several degrees including her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Texas in Austin. She worked as a Staff Pharmacist in Texas beginning at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas, a Clinical Pharmacist at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas, and from 2009 until her passing she worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas, working mainly in the oncology unit.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Cornelia Rollins. She is survived by her father Theodore Rollins, her brother Stephen Rollins and wife Maria Lucia, her nephew Sean Rollins, her niece Amanda Rollins, and her three beloved dogs; Jakey, Gracie, and Tigerlilly.
