Every well-manicured garden on our grounds was designed to meet your personal burial preference. Burial options at Rolling Green include traditional ground burial with a flat marker, private family estates and entombment in a community or private mausoleum. For families who choose cremation, we have several memorialization options available with designated areas for inurnment of cremated remains.

With respect, integrity and dignity, we will walk you through the steps of creating a veteran's memorial service that truly honors the life and sacrifice of your loved one.

We welcome families of all faiths, backgrounds and cultures—anyone can use our cemetery services. To better serve our community, we have certain sections reserved for veterans and Masons.

Chapel of Peace Mausoleum

Our Chapel of Peace Mausoleum provides above-ground entombment in a peaceful, climate-controlled setting. Inside the stone building, elegant glass-front niches enhance the beauty of an urn. The beautiful niches can be personalized with photographs, flowers and mementos to provide a unique and lasting tribute. The mausoleum also has a lovely, light-filled chapel that can be used for committal services.

History

Rolling Green Cemetery has a rich history of service to the families of central Pennsylvania. Founded in 1929, our cemetery in Camp Hill was one of the first in the country to be designed in the "memorial park" concept. Flush-to-the-ground memorials provide an unobstructed view of trees and landscaping and create a welcoming park-like setting.

Gardens for veterans, Masons and religions

Through the decades, Rolling Green erected features to memorialize a lifetime. In the 50s, Rolling Green completed its first garden mausoleum, dedicated and reserved a section for Masons and their families, and reserved 4 sections for veterans and their families. The dedication of the cemetery’s first religious garden, The Garden of Resurrection, took place in 1963. Later religious garden additions include Christ in Gethsemane, Christ the Good Shepherd and the 4 Gospels.
