Located in the Brazosport community, south of Houston, Restwood Funeral Home and Restwood Memorial Park strive to provide a high quality of service to every family.

Founded in 1945 as the area's first perpetual care cemetery, Restwood Memorial Park is an exceptionally lovely cemetery. Restwood Funeral Home, a contemporary on-site funeral home facility, opened on the grounds of Restwood Memorial Park in 2009.

Working together, the 2 locations allow you to take care of all your funeral and burial arrangements.

Whether you'd prefer a more relaxed setting for planning a funeral or need more communal space for a memorial, we are continually responding to the needs of modern families.

That means we listen to your needs and wants. We can handle anything from an intimate service with close family and friends to an elaborate celebration with a live band, BBQ and fireworks send-off. We're here to create one-of-a-kind tributes that celebrate a person's passions and personality and leave a lasting impression on family and friends.

Special landscaping feature at Restwood Funeral HomeWith acres of mature trees, shapely hedgerows, sun-dappled lawns, decorative sculptures and paved sidewalks, Restwood Memorial Park is among the more beautiful cemeteries you are likely to see in Brazoria County.

The brick pavilion is an option for small outdoor services, and burial choices range from traditional ground burial with flat or upright monuments to above-ground entombment in our mausoleums. All in all, the cemetery is a peaceful place to visit and reflect.

History

Unique feature at Restwood Funeral HomeRestwood Memorial Park, centrally located in the Brazosport community, was founded in 1945 as the area’s first perpetual care cemetery. For many years, Restwood Memorial Park was a premier standalone cemetery in the Houston, Sugar Land, and Baytown metropolitan areas.

In the early 2000s, the cemetery owners realized that the community had a need for a funeral home capable of providing a high standard of service. As a result, they opened Restwood Funeral Home in 2009.

Today, Restwood Funeral Home and Restwood Memorial Park are members of the Dignity Memorial network of funeral, burial, cremation and cemetery service providers.
