Sergeant Ryan Serey Ith, 31, of San Jose CA, died in Clarksville, Tennessee on April 29th of 2024.
Ryan was born in San Jose, California on May 26th, 1992 to Franliny Khuon and Cheath Ith. Ryan attended Stonegate Elementary from 1997-2004. He attended Davis (Caroline) Intermediate School from 2004-2006, where he played on the Boys Basketball Team. From 2006-2010 he attended Oak Grove High School and he was a part of the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps. After graduation, Ryan worked at Wendy’s, Walmart, Enterprise, and Tesla. On March 11th, 2019, Ryan enlisted into the United States Army.
A proud veteran, Ryan served 5 years in the United States Army, attaining the rank of Sergeant before his retirement. He served in the well known 101st Air Assault Division at Fort Campbell. During his time at Fort Campbell, he served as a Medic for 96th Combat Support Battalion, 2-17 Cavalry Squadrons and 1-101 Aviation Attack Battalion from 2019-2024. He deployed on a Combat Deployment with 1-101 Aviation Battalion to Iraq and Syria in June 2022-2023.
