Anne Jean-Glaude was born on April 4, 1942, in Cap Hatien, Haiti, to the late Bernard Dullysse and Marguerite Germinal. Anne received her primary education in Port-Margot, Haiti. Later in life, she married Pastor Prenor Jean Glaude, and from their union, they had six children.
After moving to the US with her spouse, Anne worked as a seamstress there. A few years later, in 1992, she and her husband established the Gospel Church of the Great Shepherd, which can be found in Miami, Florida at 260 NE 59 St. At that church; Mrs. Prenor was the muscle. She did so many wonderful things for the church, but one of the most well known was driving until she was eighty-one years old and could no longer do so.
She had extreme faith in God and processed many spiritual gifts. Anne shared the gift of healing, teaching, self-sacrificing to many people. She did charity and was concistently helping and encouraging people. She did not believe in sickness or disease; instead, she always believed God could do miracles. Anne's great work never went unnoticed. An appreciationservice was held in her honor on last year, many people came to testify of her good deeds and services.
Mrs. Prenor has stated that when she passed, she wanted no one to cry at her funeral but rather to celebrate her life in the name of the Lord. On April 30, 2024, in North Miami Beach, Florida, she was called home to be with her heavenly father. Her husband, Pastor Prenor Jean- Glaude preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Derna Cineas, Gina Chery, Ketia Normil, Pastor Gesner Jean-Glaude, Winzor Jean-Glaude, and Resnord Jean-Glaude, and a host of other family and friends.
