Arnold Pearson Ison

Arnold Pearson Ison, age 83, of Rustburg, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Born on April 2, 1941, in Kentucky, he was the son of the late Emmitt Ison and the late Neville Buck Ison. He is preceded in death by his three siblings; Eddis Ison, Patty Ison Jarrell, and Faye Ison McDaniel. Arnold attended Van High School in Van, West Virginia. He served in the U.S. Army and worked for General Motors in Delaware. He also worked as a Supervisor at Dow Chemical in Freeport, TX and retired in 1997. Arnold is survived by his wife of 58 years, Patricia Ramsey Ison, several nieces and nephews, and his fur babies, Georgie and Marty. Who he loved very much. No services will be held at his request.
