Wendy Maree (Arbaugh) Regan, 62, of Mason, Michigan died on May 2, 2024. After a long, hard, and heroic battle with illness, she died peacefully with her husband by her side. Wendy was born in Lansing on January 4, 1962 to John C. Arbaugh and Doris (Chilson) Arbaugh.
In 1979, Wendy married Brian S. Regan, the love of her life. Together they shared many adventures and created a beautiful life. They took the most pride in raising their two daughters, BreAnne and Aimee. Wendy dedicated her life to being the most amazing wife, mother, and grandmother.
Wendy loved traveling, especially to the ocean and to Fort Wilderness at Walt Disney World. She also loved spending her summers at her home on the lake in northern Michigan. Wendy found joy in many things, especially the Christmas season, music, crafting, trivia, and her dogs. Above all else, Wendy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, whom she treasured most. There was nothing more important to her than the people she loved.
Wendy leaves behind her loving husband, Brian S. Regan; daughters, BreAnne Regan and Aimee McKennan; son-in-law, Jerry McKennan; and her three “Little Loves” (grandsons), Caleb Reynolds, Noah McKennan, and Elijah McKennan. She is also survived by several special brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends. Wendy was preceded in death by her parents and dear sister, Sally Regan.
Wendy was generous, caring, thoughtful, and full of love. In her memory, consider spreading joy and kindness anyway you know how. If friends desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a charity that Wendy supported and kept very close to her heart.
