Steven Le'Andre Trowell

Steven Le'Andre Trowell, age 54, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Friday, May 3, 2024 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. He was a son of the late Steven Sean Dickerson and Kathy Williams, born on August 29, 1969 in Detroit, Michigan. He came to Fort Wayne in the late 90's. He owned a candy store earlier on near Colerick and Reed streets and later opened a restaurant named The Pontiac Eatery. He also worked as a welder at Brunswick Fort Wayne Operations. He loved working on cars, doing puzzles, listening to music and barbecuing. His greatest passion was spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving are his children, La'Shay (Arron) Simpson, Talina (Jamarcus) Jackson, Steven Trowell, Jr. and Destiny Trowell, Shaneika (Antwann) Robinson, Tristen Robinson and a special grandson as a son, Le'Andre Trowell; his companion, Kimberly Robinson; sisters,Tawanda (Steve) Rice, Lisa Trowell; a brother, Eric Dickerson; a special nephew, Demetrius Gilmore; eleven other grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, cousins and friends.
