Milt A. Hetrick Jr., a devoted father, partner, brother, and advocate for environmental causes, passed away on July 4, 2024, at the age of 81. Milt was born on September 5, 1942, and leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and dedication to making the world a better place.
Milt is survived by his sons, Sean Hetrick of Highlands Ranch, CO, and Benjamin (Heather) Hetrick of Kissimmee, FL, as well as his step-daughter, Chesney Horn (Eric Adolff) of Aurora, CO. He is also survived by his life partner, Gail Collins-Ranadive of Las Vegas, NV, his sister Cathy Eames of Waterford, MI, and his brother Michael (Kathy) Hetrick of LaGrande, OR.
Throughout his life, Milt was known for his commitment to his family and his work as an aerospace engineer. He strived to give back to his community and was a dedicated member of the Unitarian Universalist faith. Milt believed in promoting peace and worked tirelessly to demonstrate how the world could be a more harmonious and sustainable place.
Milt's passion for environmental advocacy was a driving force in his life. He cared deeply about the planet and the impact of human actions on the environment. He dedicated himself to spreading awareness about the importance of conservation and sustainability, leaving a lasting impact on those around him.
Milt will be remembered for his kind heart, unwavering dedication to his beliefs, and his desire to leave a positive mark on the world. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
