Ricky was born to Rafael and Kathy Perez in Munich, Germany. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing softball and golfing. Ricky also enjoyed going to the drag strip in Jackson, SC. He worked at Martin Marietta as a driver for 19 years. He was a family man and was passionate about spending time with his family and friends.
Ricky is preceded in death by his mother, Kathy Albino; and brother, Jose Albino. Survivors include his loving wife of 6 years, Barbara “Barbie” Albino; father, Rafael Albino; siblings, Patricia Albino, Ricky Rafael Albino and Timothy Albino; 19 nieces and nephews, 2 aunts and 1 uncle; and a host of family in Puerto Rico and Germany.
The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home on Lumpkin Road and from 12-1 Thursday, May 9, 2024 at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Todd officiating.
