He is now in peace with his Heavenly Father, who he worshiped and loved with his whole heart.
He was a true patriot who proudly served the country he loved in the United States Navy.
George was surrounded by his loving family at home in his final days. A humble man of immense love and kindness, he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. His heroism, patience, and selflessness will forever be remembered. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie; his three daughters Stefie, Chrissy, and Sandy; and his two grandchildren Madi and Toby, who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest. He is also survived by his brothers Ed and Rick, and his sister Barb. He was a devoted father-in-law and mentor to Jack, Tony, and Daniel.
To commemorate his remarkable life and the memories we treasure, a funeral mass will be held at Prince of Peace Church on June 6, 2024, at 4:00 pm, and a celebration of life will be held at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home on June 7, 2024, from 4:00-7:00 pm.
We welcome all who knew him to join us in celebrating the life of a man who was loved deeply and will be forever missed. God bless.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to George's favorite charities
